Shipping Information

In the checkout page you can see the transport cost after choosing your country. Please note that prices include delivery to the mainland of a certain country, not to islands like Corsica, Ibiza, Jersey, Madeira, Sardinia, … If you are located there, please ask for a quotation by e-mail.

Please know that delivering furniture is not the same as sending a box of shoes. It takes longer, packaging is very important and please be prepared to receive the furniture. Does it get in from the front door? Can the furniture fit till the room you want it to be in? You can always ask us if the furniture can be taken apart (do the legs screw off?).

We work together with several transport companies and can send worldwide. We have a lot of experience in packaging the furniture. The furniture is insured during transport.

Møbelfabrik also offers the possibility to stock the furniture you bought for upto 6 months till delivery. This service is free of charge. Please make a note in the comments when you order.

Møbelfabrik takes care of the deliveries in Belgium. The driver needs help when unloading the furniture. Standard delivery is on the ground floor. Delivery time: approximately 1 week.
It is also possible to pick up the goods. Please ask us if your item is in Antwerp or Beveren and make an appointment for pick up.

For deliveries within Europe we prefer to work with specialised vintage furniture transporters. They deliver in most cities (or on their road), not in remote areas. They deliver in 1-4 weeks after order, depending on your location. They make an appointment a few days before delivery. Standard delivery is with 1 or 2 persons till the front door.

For other destinations we work with TNT / Fedex. They deliver in a few days, during the day, not at a specific time, till the front door. Although we do extra packaging for courier deliveries and put the furniture on a pallet, the risk of damaged goods is higher.

For lamps we send by regular post. The lamps are packed very well.

When the furniture has arrived, please unpack it and let us know how it looks like. In exceptional cases damage can occur. Please take pictures of the damaged goods and the packaging material and describe as good as possible the situation and possible solution. Contact us by e-mail. We will help you.

We only calculated transport costs for the most common destinations. If your country is not listed in the checkout, please contact us by e-mail for a quotation on transport costs.

 

Return Policy

If you are not happy with the goods you have the right to return them within 14 days. Please contact us by e-mail. We will ask you to organise packaging for the return trip, as good as we did. Please note that we can only refund the price of the goods, and are unable to refund any freight costs.
