Midcentury Danish pair of chairs in teak by Erik Kirkegaard for Høng Stolefabrik 1960s
This pair of chairs with armrests is designed by Erik Kirkegaard and manufactured by Høng Stolefabrik in Denmark in the 1960s. It is a known design and the chair is very comfortable. The frame is in solid teak. The connection to the fabric back rest is a remarkable design feature. We have reupholstered the seat and the back in a beautiful textured fabric in sand colour. The reupholstery is done with a good eye for detail, especially the stitching on the back rest. New seating comfort in an original frame! This pair of chairs in teak is in very good condition due to the renown Møbelfabrik workshop with over 35 years of experience with wood treatments.
The fabric has the easy water cleaning technology: At the production stage, fibres are coated with special molecules that protect the fabric from dirt. Thanks to this, all stains are quickly and efficiently cleaned.
